Transform your truck and stand out from the crowd. Your logo will have maximum impact with our full coverage design.
Start by selecting the insert design or pattern. All of our inserts are CNC cut from heavy gauge steel, welded to the frame, and your layered-steel color logo riveted to it.
As you add options the image will update so you can get a better idea of what your finished headache rack will look like (there is no preview available for your logo at this stage).
Once your order is placed, you'll receive instructions on sending your logo to us. Our CNC designer will take your logo and determine the best way to render it in cut metal, then program that into a computer. A digital proof of your custom rack with all accessories will be generated and sent to you for review and approval.

- There is no preview image for color changes, Bed Rail/Mount choice, or your business logo at this time. Also, the custom image you generate will NOT appear in your shopping cart as you see it here.
- If your truck includes a sliding rear window and you want to retain pass-through to the bed AND/OR you have an OEM Cargo Area camera and you want to retain an unobstructed view of the bed, be sure to start with an appropriate headache rack frame.
- Your price includes up to 3 colors plus the standard black that is part of the rack. We've found this to be adequate, in most cases.
- In some cases, depending on the complexity of your logo, details may have to be simplified. We'll let you know.
- Your price includes up to two design changes with follow-up proofs sent.
- The CNC design and approval process by you necessarily adds time to order fulfillment.
- For the best website 'design' experience here (less page scrolling) we recommend viewing in a desktop browser rather than mobile devices.
- If you already own or plan to use a tool box behind your new custom logo headache rack (with a lid that extends above the truck bed), let us know. We may be able adjust the position of your logo vertically for better visibility of the logo.
- We require specific files types for your business logo. Once your order is placed, you'll receive detailed instructions via email on how to submit your logo as an attachment.
COST
We offer free shipping on orders over $199 (UPS Ground only). However, a peak season delivery surcharge (imposed by UPS) may be in effect and added from late October through February (period may vary).
Due to size, Triple S/I Steps will incur a freight surcharge as they must be shipped by Truck/Freight.

DELIVERY TIME
Most products are built-to-order so you should allow (currently) up to 6 weeks before your order is ready to ship. Also allow for transit time which will vary depending on your location. 3-7 business days is typical. A delivery signature is required for security purposes.
