All headache racks require a set of bed rails (mounts) with hardware that fit your specific vehicle. You have a choice of 'Standard' which are compatible with most inside mount tonneau covers and are included in the price, or an optional paid upgrade to 'Heavy Duty' - which are longer and designed to be compatible with tool boxes. We always recommend Heavy Duty.

Cost

We offer free shipping on orders over $199 (FedEx Ground only). However, a peak season delivery surcharge of $45 (imposed by FedEx) will be in effect and added from late October through February (period may vary).

Due to size, Triple S/I Steps for long beds will incur a freight surcharge as they must be shipped by Truck/Freight.

Delivery Time

Most products are built-to-order so you should allow (currently) up to 6 weeks before your order is ready to ship. Also allow for transit time which will vary depending on your location. 3-7 business days is typical. A delivery signature is required for security purposes.

Customize your rack with optional add-ons

Lumber Stops

Secure long loads that extend over your cab with our optional Angle Horns/Lumber Stops. They're positioned for slightly wider load control. All steel, non-removable, matching finish. Add approximately 3" to the overall height of the headache rack.

Sold as (1) pair - one on each side.

Heavy Duty

Grab Handles

A great place to grab if you need to access your truck bed from the side - especially if your truck is lifted and are using our S/I Side Steps. These fabricated handles also function as convenient tie down points. They feature our unique 'diamond' cut design for a more aggressive look.

Rear Facing

LED Lights

Light your cargo area or work space with these Rear Facing LED Lights. They output 16W, 900 lumens each for a convenient light source when you need it. Lamps feature stainless steel mounting brackets and die cast aluminum housings. An integrated protective metal frame surrounds each lamp. Rack is pre-drilled with a hole for chasing wires.

Does not include lamp-to-vehicle wiring or switches. Sold as (1) pair, pre-installed - one on each side.

Brake/Turn LED Lights

Boost safety and visibility with these integrated LED lights that function as rear brake and turn signals. Appear red when off and glow red when brake applied. Includes housing and light assemblies, light grommets.

10" LED Light Bars

Add these slim design LED Light Bars for serious light output. Each bar is 50W that output 5700 lumens (11,400 lumens total)! Convenient source of light for cargo area, work, or play after the sun goes down. Includes lamps with pig tails, metal frame surrounding lamps, wiring holes.

Is your Truck Equipped with a Cargo Camera?

Cargo Cam Frame Mod

Many newer trucks are equipped with a cargo camera next to the third brake light for a wide-angle view of the truck bed. Our standard headache rack frames will partially obstruct the camera's view.

If you have a factory camera and want to retain an unobstructed view of your bed then you'll need a modified version of our headache rack frame. In this case the bottom of the third brake light opening is dropped for a 6-8" tall opening, depending on your truck make and model.

Flag Mount/Holder

Fly a flag with ease with our Spyder Flag Mount. When ordered with our headache rack, holes are factory drilled and threaded inserts installed in the frame, making the mount removeable. Will accept flag poles (not included) up to 1" in diameter.
